All repair estimates are based exclusively on the information provided in the initial mail-in repair service request. Please include detailed descriptions of all known issues to help us provide the most accurate estimate possible.
Any damage or malfunction not disclosed in the original request is not included in the initial estimate. If additional faults are identified during evaluation, customers will be notified before any further repairs are performed.
Repair estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Velomotors Technology operates exclusively as a mail-in repair service, allowing customers across the United States to ship automotive and marine electronic equipment securely for professional repair.
After service approval, customers will receive detailed shipping instructions via email.
Return shipping within the continental United States may be included in the repair cost, depending on the service. Expedited return shipping (USPS Priority or Express) must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.
Customers are responsible for proper packaging. We are not liable for damage caused by insufficient packaging or carrier handling.
